It’s another Magnificent Monday!
You have been blessed to see the start of another glorious week. The slate has been wiped clean (of the good and bad). You have another opportunity to BE MORE and DO BETTER. This week can be your best week ever! Remember, success is just a string of successful weeks tied together.
Here’s a quote that is particularly insightful and motivating:
Only mediocrities rise to the top in a system that won’t tolerate wavemaking.
~ Laurence J. Peter
THIS WEEK’S TIP: Make Waves for Yourself
When was the last time you consciously made “waves” for yourself? Have you allowed yourself to get so comfortable in your lifestyle that you have completely blocked out different thoughts and new perspectives about living?
Practically everything that is at one time considered cutting edge thought and technology eventually gives way to more productive approaches and perspectives. On a personal level, you will never know what areas of your personal life or what part of your routine can be improved if you don’t consider alternatives ways of doing what you’re doing. It is critical to remember that no matter how great things are in your life, it can always be better. Conversely, no matter how uncomfortable your current situation is, it can always get worse. The point is that nothing stays the same.
Routines can be productive, but they can also stifle your growth and eventually cause you to produce mediocre results if you don’t shake things up every once in awhile. If you don’t consciously shake things up for yourself in a productive way, nature (i.e., life) will do it for you in the most uncomfortable way.
THIS WEEK’S AFFIRMATION: I capitalize on all the waves, both natural and consciously created, in my life and I look forward to experiencing all of the benefits that result.
Until next Monday, expect the best FROM and FOR yourself!
