It’s another Magnificent Monday!

You have been blessed to see the start of another glorious week. The slate has been wiped clean (of the good and bad). You have another opportunity to BE MORE and DO BETTER. This week can be your best week ever! Remember, success is just a string of successful weeks tied together.

Here’s a quote that is particularly insightful and motivating:

Successful people have big libraries.
Unsuccessful people have big TVs.

~ Jim Rohn

THIS WEEK’S TIP: Develop a Strategically Chosen Reading List

Decide which subject area will help you most and plan out a reading list for the rest of the year. Every December, I develop my reading list for the coming year. Why? I want to make sure that, at a minimum, I read at least twelve strategically chosen books a year. I always end up reading far more than twelve books, but the point is to read strategically chosen books. Read more »

It’s another Magnificent Monday!

You have been blessed to see the start of another glorious week. The slate has been wiped clean (of the good and bad). You have another opportunity to BE MORE and DO BETTER. This week can be your best week ever! Remember, success is just a string of successful weeks tied together.

If you don’t want to deal with the small things (however you define small), you must make sure that there is a highly competent and reliable person taking care of them. But, be careful what things you delegate. Sometimes the big things are simply the sum total of all of the small things. Read more »

You have been blessed to see the start of another glorious week. The slate has been wiped clean (of the good and bad). You have another opportunity to BE MORE and DO BETTER. This week can be your best week ever! Remember, success is just a string of successful weeks tied together.

Here’s a quote that I find particularly insightful and motivating:

Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the World.

~Nelson Mandela

THIS WEEK’S TIP: Develop an Education “Plan” for Yourself

Education truly is a “weapon” that can be used to change the world … starting with your own world. Education, in all forms, expands your perspective. However, it is the education we get from consciously learning about alternative thoughts, lifestyles and views on particular subjects that expands our perspective the most because alternative viewpoints and lifestyles challenges the status quo. So often, we get so caught in the way we think about and do things that we can’t imagine another way of living or thinking. This is especially true if we have experienced any amount of success in life. Getting too comfortable in the status quo has been the underlying cause of failure for many once great businesses and people. Read more »
